I have recently worked with Dark Matter Coffee, Envisionit Agency, Slack and Company, OptioRx, Braun Pharmacare, The Pet Apothecary & Maestro Health in a variety of areas ranging from UX to technical implementations. Most recently I designed and built a mobile interface for Dark Matter Coffee, allowing their customers to place coffee and food orders for pickup at individual coffee shops through their website. Previously, they only sold bags of coffee beans online and were not linked into each store’s POS system. The interface was designed for mobile and has allowed them to maintain normal business and increase the safety of customers during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

As the senior digital strategist at Slack and Company, I led web UX teams through design thinking workshops and managed interaction and development. In my time at Slack, I conducted user testing, designed wireframes, story-boarded and programmed animation for interactive web infographics, strategized and programmed CMS-based websites, led the “in-browser design” process, managed developers and all technical needs of clients (hosting, dev environments, domain acquisition) provided POVs, and implemented agile processes for responsive browser design.
Gennco International - Watch Manufacturing and DesignPrior to 2014
During my time at Gennco International I served as the IT and Ecommerce director, managing all web and IT staff. Gennco designed and manufactured watches for brands such as Levi’s, Dr Martens, l.e.i., Perry Ellis and many other retail brands.
In this role, I managed the design and development teams for the build and deployment of the company’s ecommerce website, intranet, extranet portals and the hardware stacks required to run said systems. During this time, I also led the design, build and deployment of a website for the Swiss watch brand Zodiac.
